Meet the Experts Behind the Insights

Gary Stubblefield

SVP, Healthcare Practice Lead

Gary brings a rare dual perspective shaped by deep, hands-on leadership experience inside large, complex health systems and his current work on the agency side partnering with similar organizations. Having held senior roles within health systems, he understands the operational realities, regulatory constraints, and internal dynamics that influence growth decisions. Today, he works closely with health systems facing those same challenges, helping them integrate brand and performance strategies in practical, scalable ways. This combination allows him to bridge strategy and execution — translating growth ambition into approaches that actually work within the constraints of healthcare organizations.

Craig Blake

Agency Growth

Craig has more than 20 years of hands-on experience working with both payer and provider organizations, giving him a clear view into how health systems actually make decisions—and where those decisions break down. He has worked closely with marketing, growth, brand, and digital teams to move strategy into execution, with a focus on how customer and audience intelligence is built, shared, and used to drive measurable outcomes.

Although Craig has held senior commercial leadership roles, his perspective comes from sustained, day-to-day involvement with healthcare organizations. He understands the operational, organizational, and political realities that shape decision-making inside health systems. That experience allows him to moderate focused, candid discussions that reflect how decisions are really made, not how they are described in planning documents.
