Josh uses his critical eye and data to identify ways to improve efficiency and provide answers to customers’ questions and needs. He is skilled in AGILE project management methodology, manages high-profile DSSG accounts, and has extensive knowledge of the retail banking and personal finance industry. Josh has a B.A. in Rhetoric and Public Address and completed Project Management courses through Clemson University Center for Corporate Learning.
