Summary/Objective:

The Rotary Die Cutter operator is responsible for the individual activities related to cutting and folding in Bolingbrook and Joining within the Bolingbrook Facility and will comply with all Bolingbrook operational processes and procedures.

Essential Functions: 

  • Operating and set up of MBO Rotary Die Cutter
  • Perform emergency equipment Maintenance as required
  • Perform daily maintenance specific to device
  • Complete departmental daily tasks including but not limited to housekeeping, communication and operations
  • Data entry of jobs being processes in Amsive ERP (Monarch)
  • Communicate to Lead or Supervisor / Manager and Team
  • Assist in special duties and projects as required by Management

Body Positions: Frequently required to stand and walk with infrequent and limited time sitting.

Body Movements: The employee must have a full range of body movements including the use of hands & fingers to handle or feel objects, bending, reaching with hands and arms, and crouching.

Body Senses: Must have command of the following senses: sight, hearing, speech and touch.  Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, distant vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Must be able to distinguish minor color variations.

Strength: Occasionally must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. 

  • Hours are generally 7:00am- 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Some weekends Upon Request.

Travel:  No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Security Clearance:  Amsive is a Federal Contractor and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
